Begin this meditation as soon as you wake up.
Sitting up straight and place your palms on your lap.
After that, gently close your eyes.
On your next inhale, breathe extra deeply into your stomach and rib cage, fully expanding your rib cage and holding your breath at the top.
When you're ready, exhale with a sigh, letting it go completely on the out-breath, and then return to a breathing pattern that feels good to you.
Allowing natural airflow in and out.
Allowing your stomach to be loose and relaxed.
As it naturally expands on every inhalation and contracts gently on every exhale.
You are exactly where you should be.
This is an ideal time for you.
It's the ideal morning for you.
Today is indeed a miraculous day.
There's a sense of anticipation in your heart for the day ahead.
Tune in as you affirm to yourself.
I am ready, willing, and able to experience the beautiful day today, as you affirm.
Within and around you, there is a deep love.
You have access to it right now.
You have a natural feeling of love and acceptance for yourself and who you are.
You know everything is OK because you're exactly where you're supposed to be.
And by keeping connected to the amazing sensation you're experiencing right now.
You let today unfold naturally.
So today is yet another beautiful day.
Take a few more deep breaths into this sensation.
Today is a beautiful day.
Connect to your breath and your body's sensations
Relax and enjoy it.
Everything is fine.
You are exactly where you should be.
Take a deep to inhale, stomach and rib cage fully expanding, holding your breath as you reach the top, then exhale with a sigh as it feels wonderful to you.
Slowly open your eyes to the amazing world around you as you roll your shoulders, wriggle your fingers and toes, and as it feels comfortable to you.
Take advantage of the rest of your wonderful day.
