Affirmations are subjective, and some people are more receptive to them than others. However, I've discovered a few affirmations that have shown to be really popular with individuals all around the world. So, I'm going to share with you today.
This guided meditation was designed to be read phrase by phrase and line by line. You can read this script to individuals or groups. And you can also use it privately in your own meditation sessions.

Let’s begin by getting into a comfortable posture.
Close your eyes gently when your body feels ready.
This time is for you. So take a moment to focus in yourself, your body and breath.
Take a deep breath in and out.
One more, Inhale. Exhale.
One. This is the best one to start with because it's all about gratitude, and I genuinely feel that a successful life is founded on being grateful for what you already have.
Two. To take control of your life, you must say this to yourself every day. By saying this, you are encouraging your mind to believe that you are capable of accomplishing anything you set your mind to.
Third, this positive affirmation will assist you in overcoming all of those barriers.
The fourth is about being open and responsive to additional joy, happiness, and excitement entering your life;
The fifth is about Self-love. Self-appreciation. The concept of being loveable even when you don't feel like it is a powerful one.
Here we go with number Six, which is all about plenty and tapping into the limitless intelligence that created you and me and everything else in our universe;
Seven. While abundance can refer to a variety of things in your life. Money is a specific component of abundance, therefore let's deal with it directly rather than restricting the ways in which money and financial gain can come to us.
Nine. All of the challenges you face along the way are worthwhile since it's all about making yourself proud...and no one else.
The number ten is all about having a sense of worth and knowing that you are deserving of all the good things in life.
Take a deep breath in with your stomach and rib cage fully expanded. Hold your breath at the peak and exhale with a sigh.
Keep this feeling as you begin to roll your shoulders, wiggle your toes and fingers.
and when you're ready, open your eyes to the world around you.
I hope these phrases resonate with you as much as they do with me, and to truly harness the power of these statements, repeat them every day for at least 21 days, which is commonly the number of time experts believes it takes to become a new habit.
