Let's start by getting into a relaxing position.

When you're ready, gently close your eyes.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

And exhale with an open mouth.

Inhale. Exhale.

I'll recite each affirmation in this practice. Then, in the space after that, repeat it to yourself, either aloud or in your head.
